An estate sale is typically a 2-3 day event where all items are tagged with a price and sold. The estate sale is conducted at the physical location where the merchandise is contained. This type of sale serves clients who have inherited a house full of things, or are downsizing due to a move, divorce, or foreclosure.

On-site estate sales liquidate everything including furniture, household decor, cleaning supplies, linens, automobiles, farm equipment, boats, trailers, tools, and antiques. I have sold everything from tractors to jewelry. All The Best Estate Sales has the knowledge and experience to sell everything except real estate.

We work on your behalf to obtain the best price possible in a 3-day sale.  We have an extensive database of customers who follow our sales. Included in our services are: labor, pricing, advertising, merchandising, and hosting the sales event. Through our years of experience and expertise, we know what items will actually sell for and how to present them to do just that. Our knowledge and experience are key to our success. This allows us to take the stress off of you.

There are no upfront fees. We are paid through commission. Each sale is unique. Typical commission is 40% on all personal property.  Automobiles, boats, and tractors are sold at 20% commission.
